High-Temperature Performance up to 500°C
Designed and manufactured by Phaetus, this all-metal hotend is engineered for high-temperature 3D printing applications. It can support printing temperatures of up to 500°C, provided your heater cartridge, temperature sensor, and other printer components are rated for the required temperature. The heater cartridge and thermistor are not included.

Copper Alloy Heater Block
The copper alloy heater block offers efficient heat transfer, helping achieve rapid heating and effective thermal management. Its all-metal construction is designed for high-temperature printing applications.

Smooth Filament Flow
The heatbreak features an inner surface roughness of Ra 0.3 μm, helping reduce resistance as filament passes through. Its conical interface with the aluminum heatsink supports effective heat dissipation.

Wear-Resistant Plated Copper Nozzle
Equipped with a 0.4 mm plated copper nozzle for 1.75 mm filament, this hotend supports a wide range of printing materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, nylon, PEEK, and PEI, as well as abrasive composite filaments containing carbon fiber, metal, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, and phosphorescent additives. Actual material compatibility depends on the nozzle condition, printer configuration, and recommended printing parameters.

Compatible with Popular Creality 3D Printers
The hotend features mounting holes designed for compatibility with Creality CR-10, Ender 3, and Ender 5 series printers. Compatibility may vary by specific model and installation requirements. Additional adapters or modifications may be necessary for certain printers.

Detachable nozzle design
Features swappable PS (V6) nozzles, allowing you to switch between different nozzle materials based on your specific needs.

Important Notes Before Ordering

Heater and thermistor not included: You must provide compatible heating and temperature-sensing components rated for your intended printing temperature.

Silicone cover color: A red or black silicone cover will be shipped at random.

Ender 3 V2 installation: An adapter may be required. Please refer to the Phaetus Ender 3 V2 Adapter Guide on GitHub before ordering.
