Phaetus orders are shipped from either our China warehouse or our U.S. warehouse.

• Orders to countries outside the United States are shipped from China.

• Orders within the United States may be shipped from either China or our U.S. warehouse, depending on product availability and warehouse stock.

• Orders shipped from China are delivered via 4PX.

• Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are delivered via USPS.

Customers do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes for their orders. Any applicable duties and taxes are handled by Phaetus or included in the shipping arrangement.
