7th 85% OFF Nozzle

The EndCoat™ nozzle is a hardened steel nozzle incorporating the exclusive EndCoat™ patented coating technology, which significantly increases wear resistance and service life.

Sellpoints Description

【ULTRA-DURABLE SILICON CARBIDE】

Engineered with advanced Silicon Carbide and EndCoat patented coating, this nozzle offers dual wear-resistant protection. It boasts a service life 7 times longer than standard hardened steel nozzles, making it the ultimate choice for long-term, heavy-duty printing.

【HIGH-SPEED & MASSIVE FLOW】

Boost your productivity. Featuring an enlarged heating chamber, this nozzle supports a maximum flow rate of 30mm^3/s and high-speed printing up to 600mm/s. Perfect for the Creality K2 Plus Combo to achieve lightning-fast results without sacrificing quality.

【QUICK-SWAP INTEGRATED DESIGN】

Minimize downtime. Specifically designed for Creality K2 Plus Combo & Hi Combo, the all-metal integrated structure allows for rapid disassembly and effortless replacement. Get back to printing in seconds with this seamless, user-friendly upgrade.

【WIDE MATERIAL VERSATILITY】

Beyond standard PLA, ABS, and PETG, this nozzle excels with abrasive composite filaments. It is highly optimized for industrial materials including Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Steel, Wood, and even Tungsten or Glow-in-the-dark pigments.

【PRECISION ENGINEERING & ANTI-LEAK】

Experience smooth, clog-free extrusion. With an inner hole roughness of Ra < 0.4, filament feeding is exceptionally fluid. The precision-machined joints ensure a tight fit to effectively prevent leakage, while the burr-free opening guarantees stable, high-quality prints.

Product Features

This upgrade hotend replacement is compatible with Flashforg Adventuer AD5X 3D print project, directly replace for hotend when the original one is broken. Only supports AD5X models manufactured after May 31, 2025, please confirm before purchasing

The nozzle is made of silicon carbide, offering exceptional hardness and wear resistance for an extremely long service life. It exhibits excellent high-temperature stability and thermal conductivity, along with corrosion resistance. This design effectively withstands melt pressures during high-speed extrusion processes while minimising the risk of blockages

Nickel-plated copper alloy heating block, Endcoat coating throat, breaks through the traditional bottleneck of copper block oxidization and blackening, prevents thermal efficiency degradation caused by oxidization under high temperature

Hotend integration all-metal construction, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. Compatible with multiple 3D printing filaments, such as PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU/WOOD/PC etc. Fibre filament nemesis, this hot end helps improve layer consistency and adhesion

Easy to instal use, eliminating the need for wiring and stripping work, plug and play. We kindly suggest you please check whether each part is tightened before use, because the assembled hotend kit will be loosened during transportation. Then after installing this hotend print head kit, we suggest you to re-level the heat bed
