Product Features

【60% REDUCED FILAMENT WEAR】

Experience ultra-smooth feeding with our innovative Helical Gear System. Unlike traditional straight-cut gears, the spiral teeth and U-shaped wheel progressively engage the filament, reducing wear by 60% and eliminating deformation marks for pristine print quality.

【PRECISION DUAL-GEAR DRIVE】

Achieve flawless surface finishes. The brand-new dual-drive structure doubles the contact area, providing massive grip to prevent slippage. This synchronized system effectively eliminates vertical lines (VFA) on your prints, ensuring stable and continuous feeding even during high-speed tasks.

【PLUG & PLAY FOR K1 SERIES】

Specifically engineered for Creality K1C, K1 SE, K1, and K1 Max. This upgraded DXC extruder offers a seamless fit without requiring any firmware rooting. Simply swap and print with full compatibility across PLA, ABS, TPU (95A-85A), and advanced Carbon Fiber (CF) filaments.

【ADAPTIVE PRESSURE & SMART DETECTION】

No more manual tweaking. The Adaptive Rocking Arm automatically adjusts pressure based on filament hardness, while the built-in Smart Detection system monitors feeding in real-time. This combo prevents filament waste and mess during runouts or multi-material switches.

【3X LONGER LIFE & OPEN COOLING】

Built to last. The gears feature a Patented RNC Ultra-Wear-Resistant Coating, extending service life by 3 times compared to ordinary gears. Combined with an Open Cooling Architecture to prevent thermal creep, this extruder is designed for high-temperature, long-term reliability.

Product Features

This upgrade hotend replacement is compatible with Flashforg Adventuer AD5X 3D print project, directly replace for hotend when the original one is broken. Only supports AD5X models manufactured after May 31, 2025, please confirm before purchasing

The nozzle is made of silicon carbide, offering exceptional hardness and wear resistance for an extremely long service life. It exhibits excellent high-temperature stability and thermal conductivity, along with corrosion resistance. This design effectively withstands melt pressures during high-speed extrusion processes while minimising the risk of blockages

Nickel-plated copper alloy heating block, Endcoat coating throat, breaks through the traditional bottleneck of copper block oxidization and blackening, prevents thermal efficiency degradation caused by oxidization under high temperature

Hotend integration all-metal construction, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. Compatible with multiple 3D printing filaments, such as PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU/WOOD/PC etc. Fibre filament nemesis, this hot end helps improve layer consistency and adhesion

Easy to instal use, eliminating the need for wiring and stripping work, plug and play. We kindly suggest you please check whether each part is tightened before use, because the assembled hotend kit will be loosened during transportation. Then after installing this hotend print head kit, we suggest you to re-level the heat bed

High-speed and high-torque extrusion greatly improves printing efficiency.
