Product Features

Ultra Wear-Resistant Coating
EndCoat™ ultra wear-resistant coating delivers up to 2.5× longer service life, providing excellent durability for abrasive filaments and demanding 3D printing applications.

500°C High-Temperature Performance
Built with a 500°C copper heat block for excellent thermal conductivity and reliable high-temperature printing with a wide range of engineering and high-performance filaments.

Stable Extrusion & Clog-Resistant Cooling
A ceramic thermal barrier and advanced cooling system help maintain stable extrusion temperatures, reduce heat creep, and minimize nozzle clogs during long prints.

Ultra-Smooth Inner Bore
With an Ra ≤ 0.2μm smooth inner bore, the hotend provides a smoother filament path, more consistent extrusion, and improved printing stability with reduced friction.

High-Flow 3D Printing
Supports up to 50mm³/s volumetric flow and delivers up to 25% higher flow rate, enabling faster printing speeds while maintaining consistent melt flow and print quality.

Optimierte Hochdurchflussleistung
