This upgrade hotend replacement is compatible with Flashforg Adventuer AD5X 3D print project, directly replace for hotend when the original one is broken. Only supports AD5X models manufactured after May 31, 2025, please confirm before purchasing

The nozzle is made of silicon carbide, offering exceptional hardness and wear resistance for an extremely long service life. It exhibits excellent high-temperature stability and thermal conductivity, along with corrosion resistance. This design effectively withstands melt pressures during high-speed extrusion processes while minimising the risk of blockages

Nickel-plated copper alloy heating block, Endcoat coating throat, breaks through the traditional bottleneck of copper block oxidization and blackening, prevents thermal efficiency degradation caused by oxidization under high temperature

Hotend integration all-metal construction, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. Compatible with multiple 3D printing filaments, such as PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU/WOOD/PC etc. Fibre filament nemesis, this hot end helps improve layer consistency and adhesion

Easy to instal use, eliminating the need for wiring and stripping work, plug and play. We kindly suggest you please check whether each part is tightened before use, because the assembled hotend kit will be loosened during transportation. Then after installing this hotend print head kit, we suggest you to re-level the heat bed

High Flow-Druck

Patentierte Technologie – EndCoat™-Beschichtung

Product Feature

Up to 87% Higher Volumetric Flow
Liber™ split-flow technology optimizes the melt path for faster, more efficient extrusion without increasing energy consumption.
Up to 51.98% Faster Printing
High-flow performance significantly reduces printing time on large, continuous-extrusion models. In the listed test, printing time dropped from 7h 59min to 3h 50min.
DLC-Coated Hardened Steel Nozzle
Hardened steel with DLC coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, helping extend nozzle life during demanding printing.
Ultra-Smooth, Clog-Resistant Filament Path
A precision-machined seamless heat break with Ra ≤ 0.2 μm inner-surface roughness reduces filament adhesion, residue, leakage, and clogging.
Reliable Print Quality at High Speed
Efficient melting and consistent extrusion help maintain interlayer adhesion, fine surface details, bridging performance, and overall print quality even at higher speeds.
